The August service will be held at 6pm on Sunday 12th when the talk will focus on “God and the Miner”. As usual there will be lots of well known hymns and refreshments too, so do come and join us!

Another “Evenings at Billingsley” – July 8th
The July service, at 6pm, continues our series looking at different styles of Evening Prayer. The focus this month is on the Book of Common Prayer service. As usual there will be lots of well known hymns and refreshments too, so do come and join us!
2018 “Evenings at Billingsley”
The informal services each month are going to have a new title – “Evenings at Billingsley”. There will still be the opportunity to come and sing lots of familiar and well loved hymns and there will be a different focus each month, exploring the many varied forms of evening worship used in the Church of England. The first of these services will be on 11 March 2018 at 6pm when will celebrate Mothering Sunday and explore its roots in the celebartion of “mother church”. Do come and join us for the service and some refreshments afterwards.
Harvest Sing Along and Goodbye to Rebecca and Zoe
Harvest at Billingsley Church
Sunday 9th October 6pm is the Billingsley Harvest Festival. This’ll also be our last sing along Sunday of the year, and also Zoe’s last service as organist. We’ll be singing lots of lovely Harvest hymns, and there’ll be wine, hot drinks and plenty of cake too! Come along, have a good sing, and say thank you. We’d love to see you there!
Billingsley Carol & Christingle Service
Our traditional Carol and Christingle Service will be held on Sunday 20th December at 6pm. The service will be followed by seasonal refreshments, and there’ll be a collection in aid of the Children’s Society. It’s always a lovely evening, we’d love to see you there. Palm Sunday Service 2014
Our Palm Sunday service will be on Sunday 13th April at 9.30am. All are welcome to attend. We have just ordered the palm crosses from African Palms which is a wonderful organisation helping African farmers to supplement their incomes by producing these palm crosses.
